Physical environment: Minimal requirement is to have a chair with back support or a bed or an empty floor space enough for yoga mat. Other wellness treatment may require 2 power charging point and hot water.
Personal preparation: No coffee/tea or drinks that will stain the tongue, if possible, no makeup on and eat something before treatment. Have a curiosity mind and enjoy the treatment.
Appointment slot are precious for house call visit as we can only take in around 4 household per day. Appointment slot are charged for $30 to prevent last minute cancellation or no show. This $30 charge will auto deduct in the consultation. We do allow one time change of appointment slot for any valid reason. Please WhatsApp one hour before the change of appointment and state another preferred time slot. We will do the necessary change with no extra charge. Thereafter, $30 will be forfeited for second time change of appointment slot.
Yes, you can still book the appointment on the day itself. Appointment time slot will be closed 3 hours at the time you book. For example, the time now is 11am, the next available booking slot will be 2pm onwards. For any last-minute arrangement, please leave a Whatsapp message and call directly to check for availability.
